How does the plan builder pricing work?
Our pricing starts with a base fee of $800 per month, which includes your first bot. You are then billed for each additional bot. The price per bot decreases as you add more, rewarding you for scaling up. You can also add analytics tiers and other services for an additional monthly fee.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can adjust your number of bots, analytics tier, and additional services at any time from your account dashboard. Prorated charges or credits will be applied to your account automatically.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Is my exchange API key secure?
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. All API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. We also recommend you create API keys with restricted permissions (trading only, no withdrawals) for enhanced security.
