VyperBots is built for business and professional users — token projects, funds, and trading teams that run their own automated trading and market-making. The platform is not directed at consumers or retail investors. You must be at least 18, have authority to act for your organisation, and be permitted to use automated trading software under the laws that apply to you and the rules of the exchanges you connect.

Each bot is $1,000 per month. Pay annually and you get 20% off ($9,600 per bot, per year). On monthly billing, bot hosting also earns a volume discount: 5% off with 5–8 active bots, and 10% off with 9 or more. The annual and monthly volume discounts don't stack — annual plans use list-rate bot hosting plus the 20% upfront discount. Analytics tiers and other add-on services are billed on top of your bot hosting.

Yes. You can adjust your number of active bot instances, analytics tier, and add-on services at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades (adding bots or add-ons) take effect immediately, with the additional charge prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — fees already paid for the current period aren't credited or refunded, including for any bot that was live at any point during the period.

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Please note that fees already paid are non-refundable (except where a refund is required by applicable law) — including for any bot that was live at any point during the current billing period. At the end of your final billing period, your bots stop and your access to the platform ends. You should revoke the exchange API keys you issued to the platform; on our side, stored API credentials are revoked or destroyed, and your data is deleted or returned in line with our Platform Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (except where the law requires us to retain it). Your assets are unaffected — they were always on your own exchange accounts.

Yes — security is a top priority. All API keys you connect are encrypted at rest and in transit. Because our infrastructure simply powers your own software, we strictly require that you create keys with read-and-trade permissions only — never withdrawal or transfer access. We never take custody of your funds, digital assets, or private keys; your assets always remain in your own exchange accounts under your own control. You can revoke a key at any time.

No. VyperBots is infrastructure, not advice. We are a software vendor — we do not act as your broker, dealer, market maker, liquidity provider, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You alone configure and own your trading strategy, parameters, risk limits, and decisions, and you are responsible for the results. Automated trading carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss; only commit assets you can afford to lose.

VyperBots is built to connect your bots to third-party cryptocurrency and digital-asset exchanges and trading venues — centralised or decentralised — using the API credentials you provide. Your relationship with each exchange is governed by your own agreement with that exchange, and you're responsible for complying with its rules and terms. You do, at all times. We — VyperLabs, the company behind VyperBots — never hold, custody, or control your funds, digital assets, or private keys. Your assets stay on your own exchange accounts, under your own credentials. We only ever connect to those accounts with the read-and-trade API permissions you grant — never withdrawal or transfer.

The platform depends on third parties — exchanges, APIs, networks, and cloud providers — that are outside our control. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We're not responsible for outages, latency, downtime, or other events originating from an exchange or other third party, or for any trading impact they cause. We do recommend configuring your own risk controls — exposure limits and kill switches — so your bots behave the way you intend if a dependency fails.

Prices can change, but never mid-cycle without warning: if a change affects your existing subscription, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice, and the new price only applies from the start of your next billing cycle after that notice period. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Your organisation uses one platform account per beneficial owner, and you can give access to your authorised team members under that account. What's not allowed: sharing credentials with people who aren't authorised users, or running multiple accounts to get around volume tiers, sanctions screening, or other policy controls. We process personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and our Privacy Policy. Account data and API credentials are protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of credentials, and credentials are never used to withdraw or transfer your assets. Create an account, complete onboarding (including identity, beneficial-ownership, and sanctions checks where applicable), connect your exchange via a read-and-trade-only API key, configure your bot's parameters and risk controls, and deploy. You can scale your number of bots and adjust add-ons from the dashboard at any time.
