How does the plan builder pricing work?
Each bot is $1,500 per month or $14,400 per year after the 20% annual discount. On monthly billing, bot hosting gets 5% off with five to eight active bots and 10% off with nine or more. Yearly billing does not stack those volume tiers; it uses list-rate bot hosting plus the 20% annual payment discount only. Analytics tiers and other services are billed on top of that.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can adjust your number of active bot instances, analytics tier, and additional services at any time from your account dashboard. Prorated charges or credits will be applied to your account automatically.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Is my third-party API key secure?
Absolutely. Security is our top priority. All API keys used by your bots are encrypted at rest and in transit. Because our infrastructure simply powers your software, we strictly recommend creating API keys with restricted permissions (read/write data only, no billing or transfer access) for enhanced security.
